Jeff had his world delightfully changed when he met Graciela Emerson, piano/vocals, in 2009, the couple married in 2015. Graciela is originally from Cuernavaca, Mexico, and brings a wealth of knowledge related to Latin American rhythms, songs, and musicology.  She met Jeff while performing with Latin music group Chakai Manta, which translates to "from far away" in the indigenous Chilean language of Quechuan.  Jeff joined the group in 2009, performing with them for ten years.  The couple have since performed in USA, Canada & Mexico with many performers, presenting unique arrangements of Latin American Folk Music not commonly heard elsewhere.
